HKTDC X Hang Seng InnoClub Seminar Series – Excelling Customer Loyalty through Digital Engagement
Digital transformation — providing simplified and user-friendly platforms, becomes the key of enhancing customer loyalty in modern society. With the aim of exploring diverse digital engagements, InnoClub, a one-stop platform jointly established by Hang Seng Bank and Hong Kong Trade Development Council, organized a seminar session to share innovative business solutions for excelling customer loyalty on 13th September (Tuesdays).
Mr. Simon Yuen, Head of Personal Banking Products in Hang Seng Bank, is invited in the panel discussion. He pointed out that for the banking industry, customer loyalty is the most solid support for the success of the banking business while digital engagement is the core to maintaining customer loyalty. It is the reason that Hang Seng always adhere to the customer-centric as the starting point of all work as well as offers sustainable and innovative solutions from clients’ perspectives.
